Commercial carpet cleaning in Auckland — offices, retail and hospitality cleaned around your trading hours by 120°C hot-water extraction, walk-on dry in 2–4 hours, priced by the square metre. We lift the grey traffic lanes and doorway soil that make a workplace look tired, with a low-pH rinse that leaves no sticky residue to re-soil. What a commercial clean includes
Deep clean, minimal disruption.
The same honest method as everything we do — scaled to a workplace, timed around your trading, and priced by the metre.
- Cleaned around your trading hours — before you open, after you close, or on weekends, so business isn't disrupted (we're owner-operated and work 7 days).
- High-traffic lanes and entrances — the grey walkways and doorway soil that make a workplace look tired, lifted and evened out.
- High-heat hot-water extraction — up to 120°C at the machine — with a low-pH rinse, a deep clean with no sticky residue that re-soils fast in a busy space.
- Walk-on dry in 2–4 hours — timed so the floor's back in use fast, not out of action for a day.
- One accountable owner-operator — the same person every visit, not a rotating franchise crew you never meet twice.
- We move the furniture — everything that's safe to move and under 75 kg, so the floor under the desks gets cleaned too, not just the walkways.
The honest bit: carpet that's been walked on hard for years can be permanently shaded or worn in the traffic lanes. We lift and even it out as far as it'll honestly go, and tell you what to expect before we start — a real improvement, not a promise to make old commercial carpet look brand new.
Before the day
What we need from your building.
Worth knowing before you book, so nothing surprises either of us on the day.
- Access and timing — after-hours entry, security sign-in, lift bookings. Tell us the building's rules and we'll work to them.
- Somewhere to park, as close as the site allows — this matters more than it sounds. Vacuum is what pulls the water back out of carpet, and vacuum falls away over a long hose run. Park close and your floor dries faster. If we can't get within a sensible distance we'll tell you before the day rather than hand you a damp floor.
- A working outlet and an accessible tap — in older buildings and multi-storey sites this is the thing that catches people out, so it's worth a check.
- Floors clear of the small stuff — anything loose, breakable or valuable off the floor before we arrive. It's the difference between a visit that runs to time and one that doesn't.
Why an owner-operator
The same person, every visit.
A national franchise sends whoever's rostered. You get Bency and the ApexClean van — accountable, consistent, and easy to reach.
- One accountable contact — the same owner does the work and answers the phone, so nothing gets lost in a call centre.
- Scheduled maintenance — quarterly, monthly or your own cycle at a set per-visit rate, so traffic lanes never set in.
- Honest per-m² pricing — quoted on your actual floor area, no vague "call for a price", no surprise add-ons.
- End-of-lease and one-offs too — moving out of a commercial space or need it presentable for an inspection? We turn it around fast.

How often should we book you in?
More traffic, more soil, or a space where look and feel carries the business — clean more often. Any area that already looks dirty or soiled is overdue. Here's where most workplaces land.
| Your space | How often |
|---|---|
| Clinics, aged care, high-traffic areas | Every 1–3 months |
| Schools, and less-trafficked or less-used surfaces | Every 6–12 months |
| Offices and quiet areas | Every 12–18 months |
The honest rule of thumb: if an area already looks dirty or soiled, it's overdue — and by then you're not just cleaning, you're recovering. Regular cleaning is what protects Indoor air quality, restoring the look, and protecting the asset value of the floor.. That's why maintenance contracts work out cheaper per visit than rescuing a floor once a year.
Before you spend money on cleaning
The cheapest way to cut your cleaning bill isn't cleaning.
Most of the soil in your carpet walked in through the front door on the soles of shoes. Not spilled, not settled out of the air — carried in, a few steps at a time.
And it comes off fast. By the time someone reaches the lift, most of what was on their shoes is already in your carpet, concentrated in the one strip every visitor sees first. That's why entrances go grey while the rest of the floor still looks fine. It isn't that the entrance gets more use — it's that the entrance catches everything before the rest of the building gets a chance to.
A proper walk-off system takes it instead. Two parts, and most buildings only have one of them:
- Outside the door — something coarse that scrapes. Grit, stones, the heavy material. It needs to be open enough that what comes off drops through, rather than sitting on the surface waiting for the next pair of shoes.
- Inside the door — something absorbent. This takes the moisture and the fine soil the scraper left behind. It's the half that gets skipped, and it's the half doing most of the work.
- Length matters more than anything else about it. A single mat inside the doorway is a gesture. You want enough run that someone takes several steps on it before they reach your carpet — because that's how many steps it takes for a shoe to give up what it's carrying.
Why we're telling you this: because it means fewer visits from us, and a smaller bill when we do come. Grit is abrasive — every footstep grinds it into the fibre and it scratches. Once a traffic lane has been physically abraded, no amount of cleaning brings it back: we can lift the soil out, but we can't un-scratch the fibre. Sort the entrance and everything behind it gets easier, cheaper and lasts longer. We'd rather tell you that than keep recovering the same strip of carpet every quarter.

Honest pricing
From $3.95/m².
Commercial carpet is priced by the square metre of cleanable area — $3.95/m², with a minimum visit from $199. That's the number — nothing is added to it afterwards. Walk-on dry in 2–4 hours with hot-water extraction. We schedule it so the floor is dry and back in use by the time you reopen — no day out of action.
Yes — monthly, quarterly or on your own cycle, at a set per-visit rate. Most clinics and aged-care spaces run every 1–3 months, schools and lower-traffic surfaces every 6–12, offices and quiet areas every 12–18. The real rule is traffic and soil: if an area already looks dirty, it's overdue. Regular maintenance keeps traffic lanes from setting in, so floors stay presentable instead of being rescued once a year.

Yes — that's the number, and nothing is added to it afterwards. You get the exact figure for your floor area before you book, not a range and not an estimate that moves on the day.
Offices, retail, hospitality and cafés, gyms, medical and rest-home common areas, childcare, and end-of-lease commercial spaces. If it's a carpeted workspace in Auckland, we can quote it.
We lift and even out traffic lanes and treat spot stains — but we'll be straight with you. Carpet that's been walked on hard for years can be permanently shaded or worn, and may only partly recover. We tell you what to expect before we start, not after.
